Ken and Lynn Mahuta began this company in 1988 as a garage-based side business. Now owned by the second generation, Jeff and Kim, Mahuta has evolved into a full-service CNC machining and die manufacturer with clients throughout the US and Canada. Always growing, we are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and are Mil-Spec compliant.
Mahuta Tool provides custom CNC machining services for a wide range of industries. We routinely take on complex industrial machining work and rush jobs other CNC manufacturing centers can't or won't do. We can work from your CAD drawings, or you can have our in-house CAD design staff generate 2D CAD prints for use in CAM programming, CNC turning and CNC horizontal milling.
With expertise in horizontal and vertical CNC milling and full 4 axis capabilities, Mahuta Tool is a trusted partner for a wide range of industries throughout the Midwest. Our CNC milling services produce everything from fittings and spacers to turbine and engine parts. Mahuta Tool offers CNC horizontal turning with the capability to produce parts weighing up to 950 lbs., up to 44" in length and 25" in diameter. We can also produce parts as small as 1/8 wide, working to tolerances. With a 3-axis, live tooling-equipped turning center, our capabilities include internal and external threading, knurling, profiling and much more.
Mahuta Tool provides expert OD grinding services for cylindrical components used in a wide range of industries including aerospace, automotive, medical and industrial. Our OD grinding services can be done to extremely tight tolerances of +/-.0001. We use CMM measuring and an array of precision inspection systems to ensure your part meets your specifications and expectations.
