Booked my ride a week in advance for my birthday weekend.
Utilized this service on 10/26 at 12PM (was scheduled for 1PM but I changed it at last minute in morning)
-Driver was there early despite my last minute change which impressed me.
-Driver did not call me to let me know he was there at hotel and I had to actually walk up to car and ask if it was mine before driver even got out.
-The white stretch Limo we had was older, smelled like there was a previous party

Very shady company. I wouldn't trust them with any credit card info.
We talked on the phone and he gave me quotes, when I went to see him, he gave me a higher price and showed me a black limo when I requested white. I had to meet the guy in parking lot of another business.
He wouldn't even turn on the limo for me, just opened the door and said do we have a deal. I politely said no, because he had a another standing behind me. Very creepy, good thing I was in public.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. The driver was so rude and the company went back on it's word regarding the price. Furthermore, they claim they charge a 10% fee for using a credit card--after we used them for a full weekend of wedding festivities and didn't mention that fee until they were waiting for payment. Who carries that kind of cash around anyways!? Terrible, terrible terrible customer service. They should be ashamed.

Limo driver was an hour late on our wedding day. This caused my wife to be late for her own wedding!
The driver called and said he got a flat tire, but when I had a look at the tires, it was clear he was lying about that. He also never apologized for being so late.
Also, they charged more than we were quoted over the phone AND he had the audacity to ask for a tip on top of that.
So to recap: He arrived an hour late, got called out for lying about having a flat tire, charged us more than we were quoted, and asked for a tip after all that
AVOID!
