Not sure why this team has not received more reviews.....or more positive reviews for that matter, because they are absolutely amazing. I have been using Lakeview Limousine for over 6 years. My wife and I used to live in Logan Square, but now live out in the far western suburbs. We still rely on them for transportation to and from the airport, and I could not imagine using anyone else. There's something about seeing a familiar face when you come home that makes the ride more comfortable. The staff is great for conversation, and respectful if you just want to keep quiet and relax.

I had a horrible experience with this place. When I spoke to one of the employees on the phone, his customer service skills were seriously lacking, leading me to question whether or not I wanted to use their services. Also, they require you to make a copy (front and back) of your credit card to book, which seems a little odd to me. I mulled this over for a while, trying to decide whether my reservations about using the service overrode the deal they were giving us.
