While the area is rich in American history, these days the Middletown/New Britain area is still home to Wesleyan University, Capitol Lunch, Martin Rosol's Homemade Meats, New Britain Stadium and the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce (which is the largest Chamber in the United States).Even with these attractions and historic properties, the greatest draw to our area is the people here.

One disaster after another with this company, and supervisors Jessica and Eric were terrible to deal with. As no other place in this area, you are stuck with this company, but I wish you luck!!! Told 3-5 days to dry basement—— finally left on day 15 after holding me hostage in my home as they don’t tell you when they are coming out (day or time)!!!

I would like to thank ServePro for helping me clean my attic. I bought a brand new house that needed black mold removal and Ben, Sheldon, and Troy came in and did a great job of cleaning, explaining the process, and respecting my household throughout all the work. They were even nice enough to throw away some old wood and inspect several water intrusion suspicions I had. I believe their work is of worthy of the value and would call them again if I ever ran into another household issue.

The guys came out right away. It didn’t matter that it was a Sunday. Very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you Julien for your knowledge and explaining everything to me. . I was so worried about the damage I kept asking him questions. He assured me it would all turn out fine. They set up right away and went to work and taking readings from their equipment. I am very satisfied with their service. I was worried about damage, mold and the odors from the wet rug. Good experience. Excellent job and see that everything is nice and dry. I am more than pleased. It was so worth calling Servpro
