Rich and the team are absolutely the best! They came out a few months ago and were thorough in completing the job but also making sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. They cleaned up and got in and out in no time. Had a recent garage fire which took out our garage and both vehicles. Decided to go with Servepro of Newington / Central Hartford. We contacted Servpro in Newington to find out why we had so much soot all over our house. A representative, Angel Rubio, came out immediately. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable as he knew right away what was happening. He explained in detail the steps we should take to alleviate the problem. I had a fire that occurred in my garage in July of this year. It was a very emotional and traumatizing event. Servpro, particularly Servpro of Newington, where spectacular and helped me through a tough time.
