They've always done a great job for me over the last couple years. I find them professional, super reliable, a fair price and helpful. Nice people working there too (drivers and office).

All I know is if one if my loved ones was in Harmony Transports care, I would be worried. I was just cut off in traffic by one of these vans driving erratically and using no signals at all.
The Harmony Transport van had just pulled out of a care facility on Hall and Schoenner. Wow. Just wow. I sincerely hope that van was empty of passengers. The driver should be fired if that is how he takes care of people in his care. Note to self - NEVER use Harmony Transport.

My mom called them when she got discharged from the hospital for having covid. The owner came to pick her up. After finding out that she contracted covid he just left her in the lobby and left.

Harmony Transportation is a great company! We are very happy with their customer service and transportation service. The process went very smoothly and both Darla, in the office, and Shawn, our driver were very courteous and caring. Way over priced $80 dollars to go 4 miles down the road. I can take uber for cheaper and I'm sure I can request a driver that has a mini van for someone that can walk and does not need a wheelchair van

The van was definitely a hazard. All the lights were on the dash. No gas,engine,traction,oil,everything plus the van beeped for no seatbelt the whole way when everyone had there seatbelt on. Worst experience ever. Far from Safe... ugh

I have been using transportation companies for 10 years. For the last two only Harmony. Consistently excellent. Prompt and courteous. Always helpful. Very clean and well-maintained handicap vans. They are the best.
