They have made a lot of improvements and have a major renovation and additional services coming up, but they need to be better at the basics. They are the only automatic car wash in Justin, so it is our only option. The big issue with the car wash is that it is horrible for the back end of my wife's SUV and the tailgate of my truck. It doesn't do mirrors very well either. The rest of the car does get clean, but tough to be positive when the back stays dirty.

It's been awhile since I've been here, it has improved since they first opened. I feel like it's a little pricey but compatible to others and I guess does just as good a job as the others. I don't feel like any automatic car wash does a good job. I prefer to either hand wash or go to a self wash but those are hard to find.

Same as many other guests. Popped through for the first time today in a Prius for what I painted to be an "easy" wash. Just some mud, dust, and dirty splatter from today's mister/rain. I'll have to say, hands down the worst wash I've ever had. FWIW, opted for the basic 8 bucks wash thinking it was hardly a job for a wash that advertises they clean duallys...

Critical: Quality, Value
Used to be fantastic washes. Nowadays I have to pull through twice to get soap all the way off or end up re washing and drying by hand at home afterwards due to so much residual soap. I won a wash from the game and that was an en even woese experience. Feeling disappointed each time i leave. Wont be returning

I've been using this car wash for yrs and it's good if your car is clean. If your car is super dirty dont bother. Recently while getting my car washed it stopped after the first soap and went right to the spotless rinse (rainfall). I called 3 times and told them what happened and each time I was told I would get a call back with a code for a car wash because they don't give refunds. I never received a call and I even told them I was going to write a bad review, they don't care. DON'T USE THIS CARWASH THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.
