We do not assume any responsibility for windshields with chips or cracks. Chips and cracks may expand from temperature changes that occur during a car wash. Windshield chips are defined by "ROLAGS" as compromised glass and therefore a preexisting condition that are customers' responsibility. We do not accept responsibility or liability for seat motors or buttons that cease to work during the car wash or quick lube process.

As soon as I pulled up, someone came to my car, greeted me w/ a smile & asked what service I needed (compared to having to go find someone when I go to the dealership for a service). He quoted me w/ a timeframe for the wait & service for state inspection & oil change, but I actually got out faster than what he said! They guy who checked me out at the register was super nice too. Great service & great, friendly staff! ☺️

I am very picky about my car washes. I always walk around the car with the staff to inspect before I tip and leave.
This was my first visit to Mustang Elite Car Wash and they did not disappoint! I was fortunate to be greeted & welcomed by Rick Hannah.
I expressed my concerns, was honest with my expectations and explained why I wanted to move my business from another place in Bedford. Rick was very happy to tell me about Mustang Elite Car Wash, it's employees and services provided.
I can say the overall experience was positive. I arrived just after 5pm, very little wait. I purchased The Preakness

I took my car in for the Triple Crown detailing package, inside and out. My car looks pretty good; however, it smelled like mildew the next day. When I called them I was told "That happens when the mats are still wet. You should just put them in the sun and the smell will go away." What kind of customer service is that?! We need a more in depth detail soon before we sell a vehicle and won't be returning here.

Okay car wash, but the detailing was poor at best. The dog hair I specifically asked to be vacuumed up when I arrived was still all over the interior. The inside of my center console is dirty, as though untouched. The exterior of my truck is still dirty as well! I went because of an online coupon but won't be back.
