Dr. Berry is awesome. I suffered back pain for over ayear and tried many different avenues to relieve my pain. I hadn't slept through the night in over a year. Since starting treatment with Dr. Berry I have had great sleep and almost pain free. Dr. Berry is very thorough. The staff is great. I would highly recommend Dr. Berry.

I've been going to Dr. Dahl for six years, since we've moved to San Diego. I've only gone to one chiropractor before for ten years and was scared to go to anyone else. But then I found Dr. Dahl and my whole family goes to him now, and he has no chance of getting rid of me, ever!

I went to see Dr Berry for my back and I am so glad I did! He helped me reduce back pain and increase flexibility. He takes the time to get to know you and your situation. The staff is all very nice and rarely do I sit in the waiting room for more than a minute or two. Highly recommend Dr Berry if you are interested in exploring chiropractic services.

I'm having trouble with this review, because on the one hand: I agree with other reviewers-- the staff is very friendly and competent. But I didn't feel comfortable in this office and here's why. This is meant to be a medical office, right? But not a single person wears a mask in this indoor windowless facility. It strikes me as odd. If you do indeed care about the health of your patients, why wouldn't you wear a mask? Especially if your patient (I.e. me!) is wearing a mask?

Rant over. I like the location. They had almost too much follow up (texts, emails, voicemails), which

La Costa Chiro and Wellness is a very well run operation!! They consistently run on time and take great care of me from check in through the end of my visit. I highly recommend Dr Berry and the entire team!

Over the years, I have been to numerous chiropractic offices, but none better than La Costa. Dr. Berry and his staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, effective, and accommodating. I commute an hour just so I can be treated at La Costa. Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed.

I've been getting adjustments here for years. The staff is great, I enjoy coming here. They remember me and it feels like a nice personal touch. Nice office, easy location.

Dr Berry is my favorite chiropractor (Dr Dahl is also good), and Nick is excellent for massage.

I really appreciate that they stayed open after all the 2020 hubbub started, that stressful tome was when I most needed care.

Dr Lee Wood and staff are the best in the business! Woke up this am with a knot on my right side neck so, I right away DM'd Dr Lee and he said for me to just come in without an appointment. That to me is first-class service. My friend from LA will be coming down here just to see Dr Lee for his back issues. He won't regret it.

Dr Lee wood & staff are the best in Chiropractic care. He put me in a treatment plan for my shoulder pain which turned out to be a neck issue. The pain & tingling in the arm are pretty much gone. I now go in once a week for maintenance which I see as a treat to myself.

Always helpful, friendly and highly competent. My husband and I have used their chiropractic services for almost 2 years now, first for acute pain and more recently for routine maintenance.
