Took me in ASAP due to emergency dental situation and everyone from front desk to dentist were exceptionally pleasant and really nice! Not something you see much of these days so I was very impressed! Highly recommend! Never really had dental work done except cleanings so I was a bit nervous and time was taken to fully explain the procedure to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable.

Dr. Matthew is the best. I love Kingston Dental. I've been going here for over 20 years and I will not let any other dentist touch my mouth. You guys are the best. Love you ❤️. Echoing what others are saying: They are NOT upfront on the cost of things. They lull you in with exact prices that seem low and then you're billed months later with a non-itemized bill.
Add to that, I had no pain or sensitivity UNTIL I got my procedure done. But they insisted it was necessary for my health. Now I have trouble with cold drinks at least twice a week. Also, lack of online payment options in 2020 is just ridiculous.
To be fair, my hygienist (whose name I've unfortunately forgotten) was very nice. I didn't personally experience rudeness. Just deceptive billing practices

They are rude, they lie about what it will cost and they tell everyone they take their insurance and then slap a huge bill on you. The dentists themselves are decent, but they rush you through. Please find some other place to have your dental work done. I am not the only one who says this, it seems to be what happens to everyone. And you are never finished, they always find something new that they say is wrong. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the dentists in the other mall.

After almost 20 years of going to this office without much complaints. Except now.. I had a procedure (cap repair) that I was unaware a fee was being charged. I was told my insurance was going to cover it. After visiting the office almost a year after that, I was asked at checkout to pay a fee of $400. After months of back & forth between the different office staff of (confusion) they still insisted I pay or it will go to collections. The reason for this repair was not even caused by my actions but the dentists filling material (that I was told I was all of a sudden allergic to) the reason

I have had nothing but great experiences at Kingston Dental. Everyone in the office is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Steve is phenomenal as well as Kait. This dental practice is very unprofessional.. The staff is rude and Dr. Steven Grossman, who treated me, did not seem to care about the well-being of his patients at all. Not only was the dental care he provided to me 2nd rate, but his manner was not caring or concerned at all. He literally has NO bedside manner. They gave me a cap for one on my teeth, which was cheap and shoddy and soon fell off. I went to another dentist to get it repaired, as I had no confidence in the ability of Dr Grossman to repair it correctly, and when I showed it to the other dentist, he thought it was a temporary cap

Absolutely as unprofessional as it gets. I missed the deadline to confirm an appointment due to being tied up at work. I received a voicemail that I would have to reschedule the appointment, which was not an issue. The day of the "unconfirmed" appointment I received two subsequent phone calls, both of which I missed due to working, and both of which left me voicemails attempting to "confirm my appointment for 3:30 that afternoon". Because I missed the phone calls I then received a text message reminder about my appointment, which wasn't confirmed, but was still being pushed

I had 2 crowns done by Kingston dental office with 2 years, one of crown fell off and they re-cemented for me and charged me over $100 dollars, Last month, the other crown cracked and chipped, I went back to them to see if this is a defect crown or bad workmanship since it is less than 2 years old, and I don't use that side to chew at all since I had these crowns installed. This time they do not admit its a defect material or bad workmanship, they charged me $80 this time and saying its not their fault, I am just unlucky. Since my insurance has 5 years policy and this dental office only

Wasn't happy with my visit. Told me they couldn't clean my teeth unless I got a deep cleaning from a dentist who uses a laser that isn't covered by my insurance. When I asked to be referred to someone else who uses a different method I was told no. I'm not sure why they would refer me outside my dental plan. Never did see a real dentist just the hygienist.
