I cannot thank the staff enough for their help with lowering the shipping cost of a package I needed to return. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful!

Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me retrieve my documents from phone to print and edited them to perfection. She saved the day! Absolutely magical ladies. Always there to help.

Avoid this place. They charged me ~$115.00 to ship a less-than 50lb package From James Island, SC to Fairfax Virginia! Additional insurance increased the charge to $180.00! This package was ready to ship and did not require any "special" urgency. Also, shipping to Virginia should only take 2 days by ground. I checked UPS shipping estimate and the charges would have been $55.00 + insurance. TOTAL RIP OFF

Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. My valuable package has "mysteriously" gone missing. Tracking only shows a label being created. Lady at the store claims USPS must've "forgotten" to scan it which I have a hard time believing. I keep getting the run around with the lady at the store, promises that she'll call USPS and resolve and get back to me yet never calls me back. I am going to have to pursue a case with small claims court. Super frustrating and will never do business here again.

I could not recommend Pack and Mail enough. They are amazing, Sharon has especially helped me start my business, where I knew NOTHING about shipping. She would even help me save money by teaching me how to package things efficiently. We visit nearly everyday to drop packages off and she always has the biggest smile. 10/10 A+

Owner was very helpful, courteous, and helped me even carry some heavy packages from the loading zone. Found it after Walgreens would not take my oversized FedEx packages. Will be back!

I have used this company several times and they always give great service. Just this week I visited one of their competitors and they basically told me that they did not know when they could complete a project nor did they know how much it would cost??? I stopped by Pack & Mail and they were not only able to give me all of the information that I needed, they delivered on every level. We are lucky to have a business with this level of service in our community. I will not go anywhere else from now on.

I've loved this place in the past, but in Jan 04th 2021, I expect the staff and clientele to wear masks. Neither employee was masked today and the two gentlemen in front of me were unmasked. They didn't even bother bringing their masks inside with them. I'm assuming they are regulars and know this establishment does not require them.

Package shipped November 11th with one-of-a-kind hand painted Elephant and Morris Island Lighthouse palm frond never was delivered. I called and was told it would be tracked but I never heard anything more and the recipient confirms it was never received. Owner doesn't wear a mask either. :-(

Such a welcoming & professional staff! And I love that I can see their faces bc I also can't wear a mask so it's nice to have a place that doesn't cause me to be fearful where I go. Love them!!

Best place to use. Family owned and operated like a real American business. I love that their is an option to wear a mask not like a communist country. I have shipped with them for years and have had millions of dollars in merchandise delivered to my clients. Best service you can find. In fact Sharon saved me thousands in shipping my first year and every year since!

I thoroughly enjoyed a mail trip, which is a rarity. The space was very clean and organized. Lots of grab and goes you could need for office. My little guy enjoyed the rocks out front.l and a few of the stuffed animals. Elizabeth and Sharon are extremely welcoming. If feels like doing business with your best friend. Will continue to ship everything through them.

The best customer service ever.... they make returning packages easy and go out of their way to help! This is a seriously convenient and helpful business. They serve as a UPS & FedEx drip iff center which isn't advertised by those companies. It saves me a longer trip to those drop centers. The people here are super savvy about Amazon and other returns and will help you with all of it and even print your label for you. They have taught me a few things about Amazon returns and I thought I was an expert. If you have any questions, just call and they will explain everything on the phone.

I've been a customer of Pack & Mail for several years (old and new location) and have always received professional and courteous service! Elizabeth and her daughter are lovely people and are always happy to handle any of my shipping needs!

If no stars were an option, that would be my choice. I took a package into the store and asked them to mail it. Postage was already on the package from a US Postal meter. I just needed it to be picked up and mailed. The clerk then proceeded to put their own label and charge postage to it. Double selling postage is not legal. When I asked for an explanation she wouldn't give one. Hung up on me when I asked for a refund because I already paid postage once, there was no reason for Pack and Mail to charge me again. The package was not under posted either. No response from them has been given on

Pack & Mail Etc. Saved the day! I had stopped at 2 other places to print some important documents. The other places did not have immediate printing. Upon arriving to the Pack & Mail I was greeted warmly; explained my need and the lady behind the counter printed the documents with in seconds!! I was impressed by the customer service, promptness, quality and efficiency of this location. They even had a document holder for purchase. Truly a one stop shop for printing, shipping and odds and ends.

This place is the best. Soooo accommodating. I had some google docs to print so I brought in my laptop. I'm not that familiar with google docs so they walked me thru the downloading process. Not only did I get my docs printed, but I learned a lot along the way. And they were REALLY nice about helping me out. Working away from home isn't fun or easy, thank you for your help.

I needed to have some family heirlooms shipped from Charleston, where I used to live, to my new home in Los Angeles. I had used Pack & Mail in the past for simple shipments, but nothing this complex. Sharon greeted me and helped me to get the items inside. As I began unpacking them, she told me that they had a fantastic local resource who specialized in polishing and restoring metals. Wow, they make shipping anything so incredibly easy!! Small, family owned business. Super accommodating, friendly, and customer oriented every time. Takes the inconvenience and uncertainly out of mailing packages. Even sell gifts, cards, and Tervis tumblers. HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your packaging or shipping needs!

I went to the new location today and as usual, going there instead of the UPS Store paid off. I couldn't find my atm card so a customer there offered to pay for my shipping. On the way home,freaking cause I thought I'd lost my card, the staff from Pack & Mail called to tell me they found my card.
Prices beat all others around and I feel better supporting a local business.

While I typically leave reviews to warn people about bad service. I need to make a better habit of letting people know about excellent service. I had a package to ship to New Hampshire. It was bulky and I was quite sure the other competing package store would be unable to assist me because of the new management and new staff. After quick consultation with the ladies in charge I was sure the box would be packed without an issue. And if they had done just that it would've been regular service.

Honestly the only thing that I did here was print something out but when I asked about shipping information she was honest but it cost a little bit more than normal postoffice. i've experienced other locations that I've said it's the same, it is not!

She is very helpful and honest and has a great shop with various different items as well.
