Services
The new company was known as Sadler-Buie Hardware Company located at 102 Main in Rison, Arkansas. Mr. Buie moved the funeral home to the former Martin Brothers Gas Company located on 2nd Street. In 1939, the community leaders of Sheridan approached Mr. Buie concerning the opening of a funeral home in Sheridan.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kay Craft Rushing and Bill Cantrell. Casi enjoyed life, always had a smile and never met a stranger. She loved flowers, and most recently she made Resin Art, which had a worldwide following. She was preceded in death by her husband LeRoy Douglas, Sr., her parents Veo & Myrtle Akins Reaves, two brothers, two sisters, a son and two grandchildren.

Anything Buie funeral Home could do, was offered way beyond the 'expected'. Plus a few I would not thought of. Thank you to all the staff for creating a beautiful event to honor our mom.
