Dobbs is A-1 all the way around. From customer service, being prompt, getting to us the same day and then even earlier than expected. The repairmen/technicians were extremely knowledgeable,professional,,courteous and very efficient. The problem was solved and they were in and out within 30 minutes. Very fairly priced as well. If you want excellent and no bull call Dobbs. Thank you Dobbs for always being reliable.

Absolutely Wonderful Service!! Called at 1:30 pm and everything was fixed by 2:40. Communication as to time of arrival & what the issue was - was Great! Tech cleaned filters - which was not required - but did this as he was waiting to make sure everything was working. Thank You!!

I've had a maintenance contract for 3 years now and Dobbs has always come through for me. Even when it was a complicated, time consuming fix. This particular time I called at 6:30pm when I noticed my upstairs unit was not cooling. I was called back at 8pm and a 9am service time was set for the following day. They showed up, they analyzed and fixed he problem all in less an an hour. I like that it's a family business, they treat you very well. I would recommend giving them a try if you're in the Whitesboro TX area.
