Absolute Air installed a new heat pump/AC in our home. They were competitively priced and able to get to it quicker than other companies who gave estimates because they had units in stock. The crew was professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves, which doesn’t happen often anymore. With changing out the inside unit as well—in the attic, it took until after 8 pm to finish the job (including cleaning ducts), but they didn’t seem to mind. It turned out that the blower motor on the new unit was bad and went out the next day. They had to have the part overnighted from Lubbock but because

They were very honest and thorough, I called about duct cleaning since this is a old house and doesn't look like much maintence was done to it. The gentle man went into the attic and noticed the ducts weren't connected to vents he took a picture of the attic and I saw there wasn't much insulation. So he offered to put more in the attic to help with the heat. He also showed me when they put in the new system they didn't seal the system inside properly. Im very pleased they offer a club membership as well. Which will help with the maintenance of the a.c. unit. Thank you. I sure will spread the word

Furnace decided to go down on a night when temperature had plunged to under five degrees. Even though it was a Sunday, Chad, a technician for Absolute Heat and Air, came over right away, took apart the unit, and carefully explained what was going on.
