Our 5-axis machining capabilities set us apart. Traditional 4-5 operation parts can be machined in 1 operation allowing us to offer greatly discounted complex parts. Our machine features a 200+ degree rotating milling head along with two spindles and travel on y, x, z, c, and b axes. We utilize multiple vertical milling centers equipped with the latest Renishaw probing and tool setting software.
Our experienced CNC programmers and machinists combined with the latest Inspection equipment, Mastercam software, and machining centers set us in a very unique position within the market. We offer a rather unheard of service in the precision machining industry:. We designate 3 of the latest precision machining centers which can run 24 hrs a day, 6 days a week.
