Our Registered and Licensed Nurses are available to help patients with a wide variety of health care needs. Our caring therapists actively involve the patient and their family in creating a safe environment for the patient. Our therapists also assist patients with speech and swallowing difficulties as well as restoring self care.

Flathead Choice Home Health operates under the guidelines of the Flathead City-County Health Department but is a self-sustaining department under the guidance of Paradigm Management PC.As we are a smaller agency in a rural community, it gives us the ability to do more individualized and personalized care to our Patients.

Our Registered and Licensed Nurses are available to help patients with a wide variety of health care needs. They perform skilled assessments at every visit to assure the plan of care the MD has formulated is being carried out. They assess the effectiveness of treatments and discuss with the physician the patient's progress.
Our Physical Therapists are available to assist the patients in regaining their health through exercise and skilled therapeutic techniques. Our Therapists actively involve the patient and their family in creating a safe environment for the patient. They teach the patient to maneuver in their home environment in a safe and energy efficient way, teach proper posture and breathing, and design a home exercise program specific to the patient's needs.
Our Occupational Therapists assist the patient in restoring self care. They recommend necessary adaptive equipment and teach the patient to use it in the home environment. The OT can assist the patient in rearranging the home environment or safety, energy conservation and function. The OT can also assist patients to establish recreational activities that will enhance the quality of life.

My dad is recovering from a broken back and on a whim we chose Flathead Choice for his recovery, and we are thrilled with that decision. I cannot say enough good about this company. The office staff, the nursing personnel, and the PT and OT departmental personnel have been above reproach. Their care of my dad has been outstanding.
