The vacation rental unit has two separate sides joined by mutual laundry which can accommodate up to twelve people for large groups.

The cabin seemed very new! Nice appliances, very clean! I love how quiet the location is but also close to town. The only thing I would suggest needs updating is the "recreational amenities" part outside. The fire pit, swings, grills, etc. The part we loved was that it was close to Watauga river! We would stay here again!

Very nice cottages - if you are going with someone else who is also renting, be sure to ask for adjoining cottages, they are connected through the laundry room making for one huge shared cottage space.
Washer and dryer in laundry room $1 per load each, a LOT better than going to a laundromat.
Fantastic view, a little off the road, and quiet! We will be staying here again.

Nice cottages to rent. My parents stayed here when they came to visit. Cute and clean space. Nice country setting that is quiet, but close to everything. Has a kitchenette so you do not have to always eat out, can rven cook outside when weather is nice. Wonderful place to have friends and relatives stay if they will be here for more than a few nights.
