Not the most welcoming of places and we left without ordering as burgers weren't served till 5PM. The mid-day menu was pretty limited. Gorgeous surroundings, though.

I love the Wine Country Inn. This was our second stay here and we will return every year if possible. Check in is okay as they charge $30 before you even get to your room. They did not do this when we stayed in 2020 so I am thinking this is due to Covid or bad guests......
We love staying here. This facility continues to be very relaxing and is extremely inviting and clean.
We actually stayed in the same room as last year and it was just as expected. Very clean and comfortable. They have taken away some of the decor due to Covid. The room (including the bathroom) were very clean. The bed is extremely

I stayed here for business and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were great, clean and beds fabulous. Great great pool. This place has it all and are working on making it the best.

I gave 4-stars as kitchen staff/recipes is/are still working on manners and food pairings (and delivering the dish in the menu). For example, I get a crab, mango, fried avocado salad (and the avocado was fried)...(not a repeat), the crab in flakes and barely there. It sounded good but was an unusual pairing. I tried a few other dishes and they were okay and you can see they'll get there..(just not in

Excellence found here. Our room was super clean, tons of soft pillows and crisp linens and the Inn smelled so inviting. Might be the lovely mango products in the room. Room had a frig and microwave. Did I mention the amenities? Pool, fitness room and self service laundry. Amazing amenities. There are two lovely dining options at the Inn. Shout out to Juan in the bar area. He was amazing and the food fresh and creative. Morning breakfast offered lots of options and really delish. It was a treat to stay at the Inn.

Had to make an emergency stoppage at this place on our way to Aspen to attend a meeting. The hotel employees were super nice and let us sit at a quite place and finish our meeting.

Such a beautiful hotel with gorgeous interior. Wish we can come and stay here sometime.

I enjoyed the stay very much! Everything was clean and tidy; everything works. I couldn't ask for more. Pool and jacuzzi a nice added benefit. Great restaurant advice over the phone when we got lost in the city! Close to some wonderful hiking trails. Palisade Rim North loop highly recommended! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Would love to give place more stars but the walls were so thin, we could hear very clearly people who stayed next door and across the hall from us, making it difficult to sleep.

But other than the thin walls, we absolutely loved the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed the outdoor area where we could enjoy the happy hour wine tasting and take out dinner. Parking was easy and plentiful. And the location of the hotel was a very short drive from downtown.

I stay here every time I'm in Palisade. I've stayed up with friends for girl's weekend and I just did the Valentine's Day weekend package.
It's always clean, everyone on the staff is friendly and the afternoon wine receptions are a nice bonus. It's right off the highway, which is helpful to get refreshed after the drive from Denver before you head out to the wineries. It's close to St. Kathryn and Talon. Two of my favorites. It also has a beautiful view of the mesa/ mountain range.

The check in process was easy and the staff was friendly. The rooms are average- nothing to write home about, they were clean and it was quiet. The grounds were beautiful with vineyards, the pool, and the bluff! The breakfast and coffee were good and it was nice to have water stations in the lobby. We enjoyed the location and the ability to walk into town- although it's a little trek, it was nice and easy. We will be back!

I was here last week. I was helping a friend move and stayed here for a few nights, and I would love to go back! Not only were they very careful about cleaning and wearing masks, but the staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome!

Man, had a date night, romantic dinner tonight with my wife and it was outstanding! Best place to eat in Gjct. The charcuterie platter is amazing, smoked bison meatloaf... yeah, it's the real deal!! Chef did this right!!
The house Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay was excellent. If you are looking for a romantic dinner or just a dinner that is exceptional make a trip here. Make sure you ask for Stacy or Jesse and they will do you right!

This place is great even in the winter. The rooms are clean with great views. A good complimentary breakfast...real breakfast and not just coffee cake and juice. The staff know what hospitality is. Enjoyed dinner at Carolines, took my time with a late check out, and drank lots coffee available 24/7.
Also, did you know this is a winery? Complimentary tasting for happy hour!

We were stopping in Palisade for the weekend on the way to our Honeymoon, and this place seemed like a nice place to stay. We booked our room ahead of time, though from the cars it seemed like they would have had vacancy anyway. The room was nice, and they have a free wine happy hour every day (we missed it the first day, boo). The room was fine, but nothing special. I would have expected a nicer little coffee bar or something for the price. What really made the stay, though, was the breakfast! This was not your standard continental breakfast. They had pastries and eggs and bacon and sausage. One

Sweet little place to stay a night or two. Located right off 70 in sleepy town of Palisade. Walking distance to two wineries which have free tastings and very pleasant customer service. The Wine Country Inn has fresh rooms with nice a/c. Had dinner at the Tapestry room which was very tasty. French onion soup and salad. You also get a free glass of wine from 5-6. Free breakfast is perfect! With selection of hot items and pastries. All in all loved it!! Cozy and flair of elegance.

This place is beautiful. There were about 9 of us staying while we were in a motorcycle trip. The beds are comfortable and very clean. When we arrived we immediately took advantage of the wine tasting. We then went into the jacuzzi for a bit and the grabbed a bite to eat. Our waiter/bartender was so much fun. I think he name was Wayne, not 100% but he made our trip so much more enjoyable. Can't say enough, but we will return if in the area again...

Lovely hotel, very nice experience! For us just an overnight, but looking to pass through this way again or try one of the wine packages offered.

We were late arrival, and had no problems checking in. In the morning, the Continental Breakfast was very nice; great protein options, pastries, fruit and yogurt, even featuring a peach syrup (didn't know until later the area is well known for its peaches).

I want to return because the hotel is situated at a winery facing a unique ridge/bluff and other guests were talking at breakfast about the local tours as well as the skiing nearby. The staff

Ate at Carolines, attached to the inn. Not a good experience. Table of 4. Had the prime rib and the other couple had the stake. Everything arrived at the table cold. The stake was refrigerator cold on the edges. The baked potato was not hot enough to melt the butter. They took the food back and reset the dinners, but it still was not right. The new cuts of Prime Rib were actually smaller. The plate itself was cold...like refrigerator cold.
The server needed way more training. It's wine country and she was clueless about the wine list. The floor supervisor spent most of her time apologizing

The Wine Country Inn was very nice. Though it was adjacent to I-70, it was very quiet. The hotel is literally situated within an active vineyard, and is almost adjacent to an aqueduct in the back (where locals walk along paths on either side). A large mesa / ridge rises just across I-70 and dominates the view to the north.

We checked in around 5:30 p.m. and were directed to the daily free wine-tasting (5 - 6 p.m.), which was a nice touch. The hotel has 2 restaurants (including fine dining, I think) but we were in the mood for more casual fare. The location is only about 8 miles from Grand

We really loved our stay at the Wine Country Inn this past Independence Day weekend. With it being the holiday it seemed like a full house, including a wedding + party. Still, our room was mostly quiet (heavy walkers above) and the experience was a good one.

The room was large and had your standard, desk, dresser bed, bath. We got the King Patio and it looks out onto the pool. Honestly, I think I will skip it next time. The patio had a bistro set on it, but you could literally reach out and touch your neighbor if you were both out at the same time. Then you get all the mosquitos and noise
