Vince is literally the most patient realtor ever. We have used his services to buy and sell two houses in Paducah. All went smoothly with his help. The Vince Carter Team is the real deal. We did not even have to step foot in their office. They came to us and most of the documentation was signed digitally via email so it was quick and easy. These guys not only know how to sell they have the back end infrastructure in place to make sure everything online and social media is properly presented professionally. Lorri got my mother in-law's home on the market quickly with their progressive technology approach. Interested buyers were able to drive by the home and review the home's statistics with the brochures that were available in a stand by the for sale sign.
