We are very thankful for Jess and her team they were super helpful working with us to find the perfect first house for us and explaining everything to us before and during buying. Housman was on top of keeping us informed and working with our bank so we had as little to worry about as possible. They were very quick to send us paperwork so we could look over and sign and get back to them, there was no such thing as waiting on Housman Partners to do anything. We have LOVED working with Jeff Garner and Housman Properties. We have not had the best luck with realtors in the past however Jeff not only found us our first home but he and Housman properties also sold it for us in a matter of days. Our recent experience with Housman Realty was above and beyond our expectations. Our Realtor Brooke Hardeman was the best. There wasn't anything she wasn't willing to do to keep the process going. There were many obstacles along the way, but she dug in and found a way to get through it. Even though she knew it wasn't going to be a big money maker. That's how you know when they're in it for you and not themselves. We HIGHLY recommend Brooke and we are so thankful Jess matched her with us. 😀❤👍
