Disability testing went well and they were nice enough but there is no after support. Good luck getting anyone on the phone. They have been rude and unhelpful when it has come to anything after they got their money. Would not recommend as often providers want additional documentation from the testing facility after the fact.

Friendly at first, but had her phone keep blaring during the session and telling me I can skip portions and told me to answer differently than how she said the assessments were supposed to be answered. I didn't get my final report information to me until some two minutes before the follow up appointment to discuss it, rushed me through it, failed to answer any questions I asked or explain parameters. When I asked what I should do with the diagnosis, I was given a shrug and basically told to go read self help books. I read through the report later on and the date of birth was wrong, the description

I saw Kimberley Golletz for testing and diagnosis and could not have had a better experience. She was kind, warm, and reassuring while also clearly well-educated and experienced in her field. She listened to all of my concerns and priorities; when she explained what she thought was the best course of action, she always gave it back to me to make the final decision about how to move forward. After the testing procedure, she scheduled ample time to go over my results with me thoroughly and supported me through the various emotions and reactions that come when getting a diagnosis. I left her office

I have been seeing Dr. Daniel Golletz for over a year now on a consistent basis (once to twice a month). I also saw Dr. Kimberley Golletz to start. She did testing and diagnosis on me, and then I started therapy with Daniel. He specialized in anxiety which is something I've struggled with for years. He has helped me figure things out about myself and helped teach me ways to cope with and manage my anxiety and depression. I've probably seen him 20 times by now and still go back every month, sometimes multiple times a month. That's the best praise I can give any doctor because most do not inspire

Found Daniel to be a pretty creepy guy. He kept adjusting his crotch during sessions and had very little to offer in the way of assistance. He was very analytical and seemed to have trouble talking to people, like it made him uncomfortable. Every session was like starting over and often the first 5-10 minutes of a session were spent waiting for him to read what was talked about last week. I found the experience at Peak to be more harmful than helpful.
That said, I have no idea how his wife, Barbara, operates. I never saw her or talked to her. If you want to see someone in Corvallis, though, I
