For your convenience, Renewed Vision has extended hours on Monday as well as available appointments select Saturdays (usually the second Saturday morning of the month). These appointments, as well as late afternoon appointments, are very popular and are usually the first appointments filled. We try to accommodate your schedules as much as possible while maintaining our level of service.

Never again will I make another appointment at this office had a exam in March and it's now June still with no glasses I have to call every few weeks to get an update and get told a different story each time and told to call my insurance well I called my insurance provider and the extremely nice lady I talked to said this is something the office needs to work out so I'll be going back to my old eye Dr and paying out of pocket for a lot better service

I’m giving two stars because my wife really liked Dr. Erin. The main reason I changed my vision health insurance for 2021 was to have more options. One of the first things I asked before making an appointment for my family was to check if my insurance was in-network. And the response was yes. The office even called me the day of one of my appointments to check my health insurance, for an appointment at a different date. On our first appointment, they asked for our health plan (the practice), acknowledged that they called me hours before the appointment, and after an hour and 15 minutes of being

Dr. Jones is great, very thorough and professional but the care afterward needs work. First the team says they'll call when the glasses arrived, no call my husband had to call only to find out the glasses were there. Got home there was a glare on his glasses. He then called, spoke to Julia about fixing the glare and she informed him she wasn't sure if the glare could be fixed that she would call the company and find out. He just spent over $300.00 with absolutely no guarantee, no return phone call. Today was business day #2 and no return call. A glare on glasses is dangerous when driving and at

Dr. Jones is great. I have been going to her since she opened. However, I was very disappointed when I called to make an appointment and explained that my eye sight changed drastically over a few days. My eyeglasses had become useless. I was told that the soonest I could get an appointment was over 3 weeks away. Also, my last visit around 7 months ago the front staff customer service has not been to par of which it use to be point on.

The staff was helpful on the phone by taking the time to talk to me about my insurance and what my co pays were. At the appointment the staff was friendly. I loved the time Dr. Jones spent with my on my exam and she was actually the one who sat down with me to select my glasses and the options. I feel as though she truly cared about me. I loved every minute of this experience and am happy I found a new provider!

I have been under the care of Dr. Jones for several years for my eye examinations. After knowing for some time I was facing cataract removal at some point, that point arrived with the results of my last eye exam.
Dr. Jones referred me to Athens Eye Doctors where I received the same professional treatment I had always received from Renewed Vision.
It is so reassuring to know there are still professionals in our area with Christian family values rendering first class service!

Being in sales myself, I can say Dr. Jones uses aggressive sales tactics to get you to agree to contacts. I told her not for the 1st appointment because I just want glasses but was convinced to schedule a 2nd appointment within the month so it wouldn't cost me extra. I canceled the 2nd appointment for contacts the next day because the cost didn't fit into my budget. I ended up getting a surprise bill in the mail for an evaluation I thought was a part of the normal eye exam for my glasses. I thought we were doing contacts on the 2nd appointment? Im no doctor, how am I to know what's going on? I

Beyond impressed! The whole staff, Dr. Jones, Candace, Shannon and Karen were professional, friendly and respectful to me and my son. Dr. Jones was wonderful. She is very patient and supportive. My son was the patient and he was treated with the utmost respect. They each were huge cheerleaders has my son took the step from glasses to contacts. I highly recommend Renewed Vision for all but especially for children!
