Overall we had a very good, by-the-book experience. Will definitely be calling them back if we need more help in the future.
We lost a burner on our LG stove. We got a call back within one or two business days after filling out the contact form on the site. Someone came out to look at it a day or two after that. The problem was identified and a replacement part ordered. After the part arrived, it was only another day or two before they came back to install it. Everything's now back to normal. Very fast turnaround, especially at a time when many people are booking weeks out or flat out missing

This company is listed in Panasonic website as an authorized service center for microwave ovens. When I called them they told that they cannot take my microwave because that are in the middle if the move and that they don't know when they will be able to take it. I asked is it weeks or months to wait until they can rake it. They told that they don't know. How is that possible? If this is such a long process to move they should have notification on their website, but they don't. Either they were not honest and simply don't want to bother with my microwave or have bad organization or both. On any

The Tech who came was really good. He was friendly, knowledgeable & willing to answer questions. Cannot say the same for the office customer service. We placed many calls that were not answered, voicemails not returned. After not hearing anything back in over a week, we called again. We were then advised they recvd email from the company where our appliance was purchased stating the repair was not auth. Good customer service would have been that XP would reach out to us to let us know.

Took forever to schedule service. When the tech finally came out he seemed clueless as to what was wrong, complained about every little detail from the time he stepped in the door. Didn’t fix anything or solve the leak but left my washer disassembled and ordered a part that may or may not fix it. Finally called to just have my washer put back together so we could use it while we waited for Home Depot to put us in touch with a more competent company and all I got for a responsible from the woman on the phone was “ I’m not sending a technician out without the part.” Needless to say I’d
