Had been referred to Appliance Medic through GE for a warranty repair on my range. Jason was the repair person and I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and friendliness. I liked that they confirmed appts via text and then they send a txt when the tech is on the way to keep you updated. Will definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to refer others.

Jason was very nice and professional. He came on time and only gave an hour window. Some places give a 4 hour or more window on when they will arrive but Jason arrived promptly at the time we discussed. He also has a link to a tracker so you can see exactly when he will be at your house which is convenient. I highly recommend Appliance Medic!
