They were late picking up my dad, which caused him to be over an hour late for his sisters funeral. Then we're 45 minutes late picking him up. All on a prepaid trip. If someone else wants to make money, open a handicap transport business and just show up remotely close to on time they would put this place outta business

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! 1.5 Hours wasted. I called for an evening pickup at a La Crosse hotel and was told 10-15 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and called them again. Then I was told, "You're at the top of the list, we'll be there any minute." 1 HOUR LATER… Nothing. Called again and they said, "Oh, I guess we never sent anyone…" Called another company and they were there in 20 minutes so that proves it wasn't busy city wide for an event or anything like that. NO EXCUSE FOR RUNNING SUCH A TERRIBLE BUSINESS. THIS IS A JOKE.

I used to use them all the time years ago, and they had quick wait times. Now everyone uses them, and at peak hours a 45 minute wait is typical. Then again, this seems true for every cab company in town these days. I recommend them: clean cabs, mostly great drivers, and they take reasonable routes to your destination.
