We purchased our first house together with Hilary from 3A Realty group a few months ago at this point. Hilary was great to work with. Very responsive from the beginning, always answered any questions we had, and gives great advice to make sure you get the house you dream of. She’s also a lot of fun to work with, very personable. This business the owner specifically Hillary is extremely unprofessional.
We rented a property from them that violated MA state laws of not having proper working heating systems, we suffered through the harsh winter with the house below 60degrees when we contacted them they bought us space heaters.
The house is still unfinished, windows are all not insulated, so our gas bill is through the roof. Baseboards are half done. Door frames are falling apart. There are feces leaks from sewer lines. Dish washer is broken so Everytime we was the dishes foul water pours out of the dishwasher onto the

Great experience with 3A realty group. I just purchase my first home and worked with Hilary Birch. She was awesome and very easy to get in touch with. After having had no success with another broker, I hired Hillary Birch and 3A Realty to help lease office space in my building in Quincy. She told me at the outset that her company was focused mostly on residential vs. commercial. I hired her anyway because I knew she would give it 110%. 3A Realty got it done!
