Just an awful experience working with Rebecca. My apartment was not cleaned as promised. She sat at a desk with the landlord and chatted amongst themselves in a foreign language so that I could not understand them and swindled me into painting and cleaning the unit I was promised myself after I moved in. Landlord is basically a slumlord who doesn't want to invest in her property. Not even to clean it between tenants.
To make matters worse, Rebecca tried to call and evict me from the unit 5 days after I moved in, cleaned and painted the unit because I sent the landlord my documents for a support

Over the past few years Mr. Zeng helped us with both purchasing & selling of our apartment, and we are very happy to have him. Very responsible, manage to work with us during weekend & holidays, didn't mind taking care of annoying random emergency problems, efficient, professional, and very friendly. I enjoy my business here and am looking forward to continuing working with him in the future.

Sean Huang is a dishonest agent. He tried to create a bidding war to create more profit margin for himself.
Recently we offered for a house over asking but was informed by email / text message that they have accepted an offer stronger than our. Fine fair enough.
1 week later the house was not for sale or pending sale agreement or under contract. I called Sean Huang myself instead of having my agent to see if the house still for sale because he didn’t know who I was. He said still on the market for sale and willing to give us a tour today!!! Sean Huang is a dishonest agent and I will be reporting

Wow... Went to an open house where Rebecca Huang was the selling agent. She kept asking us if we are serious and if we like the house. We put an offer that same day. Next day we found out that SHE herself and her family ended up buying the house from the seller who she represented. I wish she was more honest about her intentions. We actually never really had a chance to have our offer accepted since she is the agent and ended up buying it, for a LOWER price than we offered on this property btw.
