Dr. Goel is great. Office staff needs much improvement. I've mentioned this to Dr. Goel before because it can get out of hand at times. Recently, I've been trying to get ahold of Dr. Goel and the office staff says they can relay a message to her, but I never get a response. I called around the 16th of Aug to complain about severe neck pain and headaches as a result. So much so, I contemplated going to ER, but I wanted to confirm with Dr. Goel the best approach. Update as of Feb 2020: The worst practice I've ever encountered. Dr. Goel is great but the staff is unprofessional and inexperienced. While trying to solve a claim problem, I was hung up on by Melissa and the office is refusing to cooperate with my insurance (and they are in-network). This office would rather keep sending me a $102.08 bill every couple of weeks that I'm not responsible for at all- it is an error on their part or the insurance or both. Instead of solving the situation like UnitedHealthcare recommends, they want to keep dragging on, sending ME the bill that I'm not going to pay.

We selected this location based on the reviews. Sadly, they were not accurate in our case. To make a long story short, this Office and Dr. were too busy to give the care and attention needed to a new patient. Phones just rang and rang, Dr. was never in the Office or always at another location and the apathy in the Office was shocking. We needed him to make a 5 minute phone call to our Insurance to approve a MRI he ordered and he simply could not find the time. The Dr. missed two phone appointments, that his Office scheduled, with the Insurance and we decided to go elsewhere. We had waited 2 weeks

This is one of the most pleasant places we've been since my mom has been experiencing this horrible back pain. Dr. Goel is awesome! Her office staff and nurses are the best. They are very patient, cheerful and want to make sure you have the best experience possible. Shout out to Joselin for always taking care of us from day one!

Dr. Tariq is a solid and caring professional. His staff is no match for any other. Fast appointments when I needed do get into see him. When there was an issue at my pharmacy I called the office and their friendly staff said they would take care of it. Expecting like most doctors offices where you will be lucky if its that day - we'll mark me down as surprised; as they called the moment I hung up the phone with doctors office.

I am grateful that I found Dr. Tariq!! He has helped me considerably since my car accident. He is very empathetic with his patients and with the pain they are experiencing. Dr. Tariq never pushes medications or injections! He will give you his opinion on the best route to proceed and he will listen if you have any objections or if you have your own suggestions. I have been a patient of Dr. Tariq for over 3 years! He really is the Best pain management doctor in Houston...maybe the US. He takes his time with each patient, never rushes you, listens to your concerns and discusses treatment options with you. He makes sure you understand and agree with his recommendations and if you're not comfortable he will present other options. I have always had a say in my treatment and that's not the "norm" with a lot of doctors. I trust Dr. Tariq completely and I know he has my best interest always. Dr. Sara Goel is an amazing pain management doctor. As a professional dancer, I need to make sure that the physicians I work with for my rehab are amazing. Her sense of getting to the root of the issues and confirming diagnoses is so refreshing in a world full of doctors trying to push people in and out of the clinic as soon as possible. I highly recommend Dr Goel - thank you for taking such good care of me.

I would highly recommend this facility. Dr. Goele takes time with her patients, ensuring that she is offering the best care possible. I have had severe pain and she is the only doctor that has been able to put together a plan that is working! She has excellent rapport with her patients. I really appreciate that they respect your time and see you within 5-10 minutes of your appointment. Again, it is worth your time to visit Dr. Goele. I promise you will be very pleased!

Dr S Goel is the best ever besides my shoulder dr he sent me to her. I have had 5 + shoulder surgeries and have white coat syndrome lol she has made me comfortable from the get go and we have tried different meds to get me at least comfy and she listens to all my concerns and questions every visit you will love her bedside manner and all of her staff is awesome to very polite and caring i would be the first to say if she wasnt good please give her a shot you want be mad
