My Daughter came home crying as Dr. Hollis just told her to live with the pain and find easier activities to do. She went back to see him because her right knee was hurting again. He did do the surgery and cleaned it up but said he left a small tear that should heal. Well, it did not and she reinjured it. Dr. Hollis did not even give her time to talk about it and did not even look at her knee. He kept referring to the left knee and told my daughter she was wrong. He explained that she will just have to live with the pain and do other activities that don't aggravate it. She is 19.

Unfortunately, I have been seen by 2 physicians, their PA's and physical therapy here and every visit I was greeted by friendly, caring and efficient staff. The care and treatment plan is approached first with being provided with an education of the condition and the treatment options.
I've been supported every step of the way.

Time is money and this office does not respect your time. They need to stop trying to maximize revenue by over booking and focus on the patient experience and show respect for there customers time. If you are behind scheadule then you need to call your patents and let them know. IF YOUR NOT RETIRED WITH NOTHING TO DO, DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME, SHOW UP 45 MIN AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.

Dr was great. Surgery was scheaduled snd completed quickly. Wait time was the only down side

Great surgical experience but follow up was unacceptable. How can you do a total joint replacement and then not let the patient's primary support person (care provider) participate in post-op visits and care planning. Was allowed into the room last week but was very rudely told to go sit in my car by the front desk staff. Not what I would expect with this kind of procedure and this caliber of physicians.

What a lousy place. Calls not returned, had to go to an ER for bleeding after surgery and they just laughed it off. Finally had my PCP order physical therapy for my shoulder since the center of excellence never returned my calls.

I saw PA Jeremy for my shoulder injured skiing. He determined via ultrasound that I didn't have any tears requiring surgery. We dealt with the pain with cortisone shots for awhile, two shots. Then he referred me to physical therapy. The therapy instructions combined with a few dry needling treatments are what really helped. Worked great for me. Pain free now. Insurance covered my physical therapy and dry needling. If you don't have coverage you should still check into dry needling. I think cash price is only $75. It took only a few dry needling appointments for me to get to pain free

If I could only do a half star. The lady on the phone making the appointments was a beautiful and compassionate person! For that I was so impressed and had high hopes.
I came to this doctor office clinic for a second opinion for some fresh eye. You're first appointment should be like a first date or an interview to see if you bond, right? With my past x-rays in hand Dr. David Weinstein came in and looking only at the chart. He said that he was a surgeon and that the MRI doesn't show anything that he can do surgery on. So that it all Myofascial pain and that I would probably just have

I do not recommend Dr Weinstein or this practice! He was horrible, 10 months after my mom had the surgery she is in worse pain than she was when she went in. Nothing has gotten any better and his bedside manner is the worst I've ever seen there was no compassion for my mom who is a 74-year-old woman. He threw her arm around like it was a ragdoll when he was checking to see her mobility!! The customer service with his staff left a lot to be desired!

Excellent form start to finish, I experienced none of what the negative reviews discuss here. Perhaps I lucked out as my medical care experiences since the massive changes to our medical systems in the US have been 20% great, 80% lousy. My wife and I are both ecstatic over the recent experiences here.

Upon referral from my family doc for orthopaedic care, I was able to get an appointment within a week of my initial call, which by the way was answered with none of the usual medical factory bs that seems to be the norm today.

Knee operation was scheduled, first available was two weeks out, not

So far I can only give this place 2 stars and that is only due to the fact that I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time from when I first called to schedule. The phone team and front desk are friendly enough. The medical assistant assigned to the Dr I am seeing is pretty terrible (btw haven't actually seen the Dr yet, only the PA who was ok). Not phone or in person friendly and makes sure you are very aware of how inconvenient you are to her. Not a great experience when you are already frustrated with being injured and then paying a lot of money for everything due

My take-away from this experience with The Center:

Try to have a level headed person with you to be a second pair of eyes and ears. I did not. There is a lot of information exchanged that applies to you and you probably aren't in the best condition to process it. If you can't have someone there with you, read everything they give you a couple times before your operation. It won't help..your brain is mush post op.

Does your Medical insurance cover the Occupational Therapist OT they have assigned you post op? Mine didn't it turned out. Three days after surgery I looked forward

I fractured my ankle hiking in three places, and I knew I needed to find an excellent surgeon in Colorado Springs! Luckily, I found Dr. Shank! He is experienced and highly skilled, and after five months, I'm back doing what I love....exploring the mountains. I not only recommend him for his abilities but also for his easy-going manner. Even though he is incredibly busy, he always takes time to listen and answer any questions. I feel very fortunate, indeed, that he is my doctor.

My doctor is great, that is not the issue. The problem is the "airheads" working at the front desk.
I had a referral which took me a week to get, then in the next week I called 4 times trying to get an appointment and still was not able to reach them. Each of the 4 days, I called, I was placed on hold with annoying elevator music for more than 5 minutes and was not able to hold any longer.
In addition, if you ever get through and do get an appointment, when you arrive at the front desk, you are treated like cattle. They might as well be using "robots" since the front

I agree with the other reviewers in that the wait times are excessive. I called them initially to request a second opinion. They let me know that I would need to get them all x-rays and records before they would determine if they would even consider seeing me for a second opinion. I delivered the records to them and then heard back about two weeks later. They let me know that I was accepted for a second opinion and when/what time they could see me (about a month out). I arrived on time for the appointment they scheduled and proceeded to wait...and wait. I noticed other people check in to see the

I can see why many Olympians and athletes have relied on this office. I had work done on my shoulder a few months back by Dr weinstein and have had nothing but good experiences with him everyone there. Their work and communication with the physical therapy office next door has been top notch. I'm three months out from having multiple issues fixed on my right shoulder and feel great and have very minimal scares. In fact 2 of the 5 incision point are barely noticeable.

That said as other reviews have complained aboutz wait times can be long. However I find that to be standard with most

This is my second review of this medical practice. If ZERO was available I would have selected that. I have been trying for over a month to get a call back from Sharon, the ma for Dr. Weinstein. Nothing. Called 4 times for her and twice for the office manager. Was called in reference to my first review and informed that someone would contact me about this. Was told the person that fills out the paperwork had been on vacation. for over a month - must be nice. Poor service and now after my last CT scan i find out I still have a rotator cuff tear after I had a shoulder replaced. h ump. This

I made an appointment several months ago to see a recommended physician in this practice. After an hour and fifteen minute wait time I was taken to an exam room and then X-rays were taken. A Physicians Assistant then appeared and announced she'd be seeing me. The appointment had been made to see a particular physician, not a PA. It should have been disclosed when I made the appointment that I might be seen by a PA or at the least at the time of my arrival at the facility. I would have declined the appointment. Beware of this if you are making an appointment at this practice.

Every time I've come back I've asked myself why?! Probably the hassle of finding a new orthopedic and they have all my records, etc...
But they are consistently late! Over the last year I've seen 3 doctors for feet, knees and my shoulder and my experience has been the same no matter who the doctor is. After the first few times I thought it might be because I need to schedule earlier in the day. So I'm here for a 9:00 appointment and sitting and waiting and it's 9:45. I've had enough! Not returning.

P.S. Doctor finally came in at 9:55.

From first contact.... Annoying.

When I called I was given the third degree. They asked for all of my personal information (this is a terrible practice) then told me they would check their system and call me back for an appointment.

They did their magic and got me an appointment within an hour. That was great but at first I was seriously annoyed that they asked for my personal information up front.

Then I arrive at the wrong location because on Google their phone number is associated to the wrong address. They may have moved but Google stills shows them at an old location. I arrived to the
