Very rude employees. Except for the tiny guy and Rich (they’re great). Went there to buy a product (clearly marked with a price tag) and an employee took it out of my hands and said it is not for sale. He wanted it for himself and took it from me, a paying customer. Will not do business there again.

The customer service at the counter was great, picked up my water pump kit in no time and was on my way. The next day when it was installed it would not pump water (pee). Took it back apart and checked that things were installed properly, they were. Called Geoff for a little help and guess what, he wouldn't even talk to me. Said because I was a shade tree mechanic he wouldn't even begin to discuss it, that I had to bring it in. After diassembling it 2 more times I found the problem. The part was wrong, the connecting tube was 3/8" short. I was able to find the right one else where. Needless to

The mechanics seem fine. Front desk and management, not so much, and it's a shame. They commonly quote very vague estimates - "oh a few hundred dollars" - and then you get a nasty surprise when you come in to pay. The service manager is an unpleasant little troll with a Napoleon complex. Do what my friends do, and take your boat into the valley. Less inflated prices, much less entitlement and poor service.
