Worst experience ever!! Took our boat in for service and a new pump....over 30 days it set there. My husband called periodically to check on our boat, which each time was still not worked on. Then we finally receive a call that the boat is ready. My husband goes to get the boat and the mechanic realizes it’s the wrong boat. Ours was still waiting for service.
My husband just brought our boat home. So disappointed. 🤨

We have bought several boats and jet skis from
Madras Marine over the years. I still take my boat in for service yearly with them. Always fair, prices are good and it's nice to have a family, home town feeling where you do business.
They have been in central Oregon for decades, and imagine many more.

I had over 23 family and friends camping at Lake Billy Chinook last weekend and my starter went out Friday night. I called Madras Marine Saturday morning and asked if there was any way they could fix my Malibu that day. I spoke with Gary and he said bring it in and I will have it done by noon. I want everyone to know that Gary and Madras Marine saved our camping trip! Thank you again!

We bought a Pontoon boat from Madras Marine several years ago, really nice when they want you to buy,,, We needed the spare tire on the boat trailer and noticed it was a faulty tire. We returned it and they told us we would have to go to the tire manufacturer for the warrentee. The tire was never off the trailer and the owner insisted that it had been ran before because he could tell by the wear on the tire.
As long as we have had the boat and trailer it was never used by us, so we are asuming that he sold us a used tire as new, remember this is the spare on the boat trailer. They would not
