The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! I will never go back to them AND STRONGLY SUGGEST that you look else where before booking with them. Damaged my face, charged me for a misdiagnosis and REFUSED TO refill my prescription because they want you to keep going back, there is never a long term solution only temporary !! It's so unfortunate because the doctors are so kind and their staff is HORRIBLE and especially their office manager! Won't get another PENNY out of me !!!

My review is for Megan Hoffield. I have been a patient of this clinic for several years and started with my children here while they were in high school. Megan has been taking care of me the last 2 years or so. Megan is always very interested in my health and I know she is busy every day but always takes as much time as is necessary to be sure she has heard everything I have to say. She always makes sure I understand her concerns yet respects my decisions. Megan is my go to for all of my dermatology needs.

My review is for Vicky Nichols, who performed Intense pulsed light treatment on my face for freckles in 2009. I was so disappointed with my first treatment which left three big white scars on my face. I went in for second treatment after 2 months in the hope that these scars will go but it never happened. Now my scars are permanent and I waited 2 years in a hope that they will fade away with time. But it never happened and I finally decided to write a review for this bad treatment. I don't think Vicky has had enough experience with IPL and as a result she did not adjust the machine settings
