Don't trust a place where you can't even speak to them on the phone.
I saw an extra $30 charge on my credit card for a pet fee. I tried to call them about it, but you can't actually talk to anybody. They have a recording that says to send a text, which I did and they sent a text saying they were charging me extra for a dog. I disputed the charge and so they checked with housekeeping for any extra cleaning for a dog and then agreed to refund the $30, but they never sent the refund. That was a week ago and they aren't responding to my text messages. I just contacted my credit card company to get

Liked this place, but will not go back, had a reservation, called the day before to let them know we were checking out a day early, the person on the phone said that would not be a problem, just text us when you check out.. So we did that, and they charged my card for both nights, and they refuse to give me my money back..... Very Shady.....

The room was clean and looked to be updated. The bathroom was huge with a nice clean Tub and shower. A good HOT shower. The bed was comfortable and the pillows smelled clean and fresh. We loved the check in. They text you and leave the light on and the key in the room. In and out easy and smooth as we were traveling thru town.

Excellent experience, even with a same day reservation call. Wonderful booking and check in/out for introverts, little in person interaction required. They accommodated our two large dogs wonderfully for a $30 pet fee and gave clear instructions on where to walk the dogs. Would absolutely stay again.
