Services
Atlas and Best Chair merged their operations in 1999 which has enabled us to handle the largest of events and still offer friendly, personal service. When you call Atlas/Best Chair you will always get a live person; never one of those annoying phone menus. The owners, Scott and Gary, are always available to speak with you personally to offer their assistance or just say hello.
Our most popular rentals are our tables and chairs. We have a variety of table sizes in Rectangular or Round, as well as Specialty Tables such as Bridge Tables, Snack Tables, or Serpentine Tables. Our Table Chart & Seating Guide will help you determine the size you need. Our most popular Chair styles are Plastic Folding Chairs, Wooden Chairs with Padded Seat (available in white or black) and our Ballroom (reception) Chairs.
Our most popular PA system includes 2 speakers on stands, a 300 watt amplifier, a mic and micstand. We also rent larger and more powerful systems and smaller, less powerful systems. Call our office for "sound" advice. We also rent podiums, electric pianos, microphones (cordless and standard), television monitors, karaoke machines, CD Players and much more.

We rent a lot of tents in the winter with sides and heaters which will keep you warm, even on cold days. Premier unit heaters arrive ready to use and are extremely easy to operate.
Yes, telephone and/or email estimates are free. You'll find out staff willing to spend as much time with you on the phone or online, and gather the necessary information to help plan your event and estimate the costs. If you require one of our tent technicians to travel to and inspect your party/event site, we will usually require a small deposit which is applied towards the cost of your tent rental.

If I could give no stars I would! BEWARE! I would NEVER work with this company AGAIN. It is the week of my wedding and they just canceled on my fiancé and I. They told us they had an event on Broadway and none of the materials needed for our wedding will be available. Mind you that WE called THEM to see why our deposit hasn’t gone through. Gary told us “well I don’t know what to tell you bye!” And HUNG UP. The associate Scotty who we have been working with for weeks is on vacation and did not have any of our information down therefore Gary did not even try to help us and told us to figure

Scott Gorky, Owner of Atlas and his team were fantastic to work with. We wanted to have a small, safe party outdoors. Scott and his team came to our house, everyone was wearing a mask and obeying all COVID protocols. They set up the tent, ( we asked them to move it three times , and they did it with a smile on there face, without hesitation) Everything was clean and wrapped. At the last minute we realized we didn't have enough glassware, Scott came to the house personally and delivered it on the Saturday of the party. The team at Atlas was amazing, they made what could have been a stressful event

Equipment, chairs and tables, were old and not in great condition. They all functioned but chipped paint and visible wear wasn't what I expected. They dropped off early and took 5 days to pick up....seemed like free storage they were taking advantage of. I ordered kids chairs and only after they dropped off did they tell me there were color options although I couldn't pick the color.... Not a terrible experience but far from great.
