My follow-up appointments are twice as long as other providers, cementing the collaborative relationship between the provider and client.

This office collected all of my information, got me scheduled, but then cancelled my appointment 5 minutes after the appointment was scheduled because they failed to do the proper due diligence and assess my eligibility for services prior to the appointment. They did not help advise me on alternative providers and simply left me in the dust. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Stay far away from this place.

I want give my psychiatrist who was there one day for my first few visits gone the next 4 stars. The office none. I missed one appointment as a no show. Banged my card $225 - I was in the ER. I spoke with at the time Samantha was the first and only person to kindly explain my deductible as I paid almost 200 per visit. She was professional. The owner not so much. Refusal of a $225 refund and you're at the hospital. Pretty sickening. Also my Dr left and I was put in with a new person just cold , no notice.
