My experience at first with the office was great. Then I informed them that I might not have insurance, but was not sure. They said I did, as Medicare was showing that I still had them. Then they informed me that I could not see the doctor unless I paid up front. I told them that I needed to see the results of my tests. They did not care. Sorry Dr. Boots - you were the first Neurologist that showed you cared about me. The staff showed me that they are about the money not about the patient. SHAME ON YOU! Therefore, I requested my records. Dr. Boots last told me that my test results were not normal

I saw all of the good reviews and thought this was the place to go to cure my migraines, but boy was I wrong. Not sure if they have new management or something, but its clear that they don't have the same standard they used to.
Also what's up with the whole "checked records" thing to review answers? How would you know, aren't people protected by HIPPA? So they are probably lying.

Original Review: No communication whatsoever. No emails. No texts. The staff is very snippy. Such bad service. Go anywhere else if you can.
EDIT: Fake response for a fake company. That's just their office number. I just stated that their staff is terrible and snippy, and they think I want to reach out to their office? Who is this "me"? Who do I ask for? Exactly, they don't care. Just shows the quality of service they provide...

I always have issues with my preauthorization's for my refills. I thought it was the pharmacy, or my insurance company, who this office constantly blamed, but I finally realized it was this office! Took 3 weeks for my Aimovig preauth and a lot of excuses! I always have to make phone calls to get my relpax filled. I call leave messages and no one returns my calls. I have been disconnected from calls which I think has been on purpose because they don't want to deal with me calling them daily, but that's what it takes to get your scripts filled! Dealing with this office does nothing but give me more

I have been a patient of Dr. Jordan Eisenstock for almost a decade and have followed him to three practicing locations. He has treated me for migraines as well as issues with mental health and has been my practicing psychiatrist for many years. Dr. Eisenstock has often sacrificed his own personal time to fit me into his appointment book, and for someone who has needed emergency psychiatric treatment, it has been a blessing for me. He is conservative in his approach to prescribing medication, which I appreciate, and is not the kind of doctor who will throw pills at you without thoroughly exploring

I love going to this office. The staff is extremely friendly and it’s nice to know they advocate for me to get my medication. Getting Botox and dealing with insurance companies is not easy to do but they don’t give up. They care for their patients and I’m so happy I found an amazing neurologist. It’s hard to find a good doctor and a great office staff but Community Neuroscience has both! Thank you for all you do for me!!
