Dr. Yong-Ha Kim received his DDS degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2008. Dr. Kim has practiced general dentistry as an associate in Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio before opening his own private dental practice in Medina, Ohio in 2016 where he currently practices. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and Medina County Dental Society.

Dr. Kim resides in Solon with his wife, 5 year old daughter and 2 year old boy. He likes to follow professional sports and enjoys reading and running in his spare time. Since 2015, Dr. Kim has ran the Akron Half Marathon every year and plans on running it again in 2021. We are committed to providing quality dental care for the whole family, including children.

My entire family has been going to this dentist office for 12 years (many years with Dr. Lapp and then with Dr. Kim)! We are consistently pleased, satisfied, well-served. The whole team is excellent -- professional, caring, helpful, accommodating, and patient. Top notch group.

Dental hygienist was rude and more interested in chit-chatting than looking at teeth. Broke my retainer during a routine cleaning. All around negative experience, don’t recommend.
EDIT:
Contrary to what Dr Kim claimed below, no apology or admittance of fault was given in-person, and I was not told they would cover the cost of any repairs until after I had already left the dental office and came back. It’s a shame that a negative review is what it takes for this dental office to provide good patient service.

My whole family has been going to Kim Family Dentistry since I was a kid, and they really are like family to me. They are always so friendly and professional! Even though I live much further away now, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

I've always been afraid of the dentist but Dr. Kim has such a wonderful calming demeanor. He was gentle and thorough in my appt. His staff is very friendly and efficient. Very pleased a friend recommended them.

My review might be biased since my mom works the front desk.. However, Dr. Kim couldn't be any nicer and super professional. Very gentle and cares about his patients.

Dr. Kim is great! His attention to detail is spectacular! Sandy (hygienists) is excellent! She provides the best cleaning! Awesome, friendly staff and the office setting is very relaxed. A must go too!

My longtime dentist recently retired . It was concerning to start with someone new. Dr. Kim has put any reservations I may have felt to rest. He is a calming presence while exuding an extremely professional manner. He explains what he’s seeing, describes what is needed and makes me a part of the decision making process. I would highly recommend him.
