Sundowning is a term used to describe the changes in neurological behavior that happens during the transition of daytime to nighttime. Humble Home Care Services has designed a Sun-Downing Program that can be adapted to your loved one's needs. Our program was originally developed and structured as a one to one care plan but has been used effectively in small group settings as well.
