Always There Homecare is a small, family owned agency. We prefer to remain a small company so that we can get to know each of our clients on a personal level. I have been using this company for a period of several months. I find Jeremy and his team to be very friendly and caring in terms of dealing with both the client cared for and the family members. They provide wonderful caregivers and are always open to feedback which makes the working relationship great. I would recommend this agency for your family member or loved one.

Always There Home Care is an A+ Service. Their caregivers are well-trained, experienced and compassionate. They give the personal attention and care to each patient that they would to a member of their own family. My husband was bedridden with Parkinson's needing help with all his personal care. They made him feel comfortable and each had a positive, cheerful personality to cheer up his day as well as mine. They let us know that they were happy to be there to help in any way they could. I highly recommend them to everyone needing home care services.

As a former employee with Always ThereHome Care I can say that the working atmosphere within the company is positive, upbeat, and has a genuine feel of empathy and concern with its clients and employees. My family was very pleased with the care my parents received. My parent's caregiver was named Comfort and she truly was that. She took very good care of both of them and was in contact with us. These are difficult times as with Covid restrictions we couldn't visit with my parents, we had to rely on the services of Always There Homecare.

We used Always There Home Care in Action, MA to provide in home services for my dad who has dementia. Jeremy started off by visiting with my dad and our family to see what his care giving needs were. Jeremy also asked about hobbies, favorite TV shows and food preferences. The company is very organized with a notebook (that stayed at my dad's home) containing care information, telephone numbers of family and care giver notes summarizing each and every visit. My mom's health and mental state was declining quickly, and we needed help with her care overnight. We met with Jeremy at 4pm one day and were able to have someone come in the next night. Jeremy was very accommodating, helpful and caring, and the ladies who cared for mom were kind, professional and absolutely trustworthy. It really put my and my father's minds at ease to have them there. I would definitely use Always There again if needed. Thank you Jeremy!

Always There Homecare is caring for our mother two days a week at this time. I am very pleased with the continuing communication from Jeremy and staff. They are very responsive to any input for her care and always strive to increase and modify it to her needs. The caregivers are prompt, kind, cheerful, and also ask for any suggestions to improve care. They are great.
