Rolla Family Clinic provides ambulatory care on a walk-in basis and primary care by appointment. Approximately 40 percent of visits to hospital emergency departments are for non-urgent or semi-urgent problems (according to the CDC). We will refer injuries or conditions that require a higher level of care to an emergency department.
Family and locally owned Rolla Family Clinic offers Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals for truck drivers. These examinations are done by certain providers, so please call ahead to confirm. We can use the standard Missouri DOT forms. There is no need to make an appointment. All commercial vehicle drivers must undergo a physical examination in order to have their medical certificate signed, making them eligible to work.

I'm not that pleased with the care I received with this place. I went in because my eye has swollen up. I think I might have scratched it the day before. I live in Arizona and I'm here visiting family. I called my family doctor and she wanted me to go and check and see if my corona was scratched. The Nurse Practitioner said it was 8:30 and they closed at 9pm so she didn't have time to do test. So, she just prescribed me eye drops. If this place only gives half the care past a certain time they should stop seeing patients an hour before they close. I was in and out in 10 minutes
