Our Family Practice Providers are here to serve Your Community, Your Health. We offer comprehensive healthcare services including annual exams, medication and chronic disease management, vaccinations, lab services, same day and walk-in appointments for illness and injury. By signing up to be a volunteer driver with HealthTran, you are a part of the solution to this challenge that many people face. Not only can you set your own schedule and make extra cash, but you are making a difference in the lives of others who HealthTran serves. Volunteers make the program successful.
Mr. Gipson holds a Master of Healthcare Administration Degree from Missouri State University. He joined the team at Your Community Health Center in 2020, and brings a broad range of management experience to the organization. His background in healthcare administration spans grant and provider management, population health, workforce development and multiple areas of financial administration.
We are a federally qualified health center (FQHC). Staff are board certified physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists, pharmacists, nurses, etc. Most insurance plans are accepted. Patients without insurance are served on a sliding fee based upon income and family size. We appreciate your trust in us and hope to work with you to create a partnership that will support your health related goals.

This most recent visit was incredibly easily, thorough, smooth, and quick enough for me to post a review. i strongly recommend YCHC to anyone who has physical medical issues. the staff there were highly reliable n quite professional in everything they did! their smiles, good humor, and professionalism helped me greatly. the visit went much faster than previous ones, and i'd like to convey that everyone who was involved in tending to me did exceptionally well! altho Dr Porter did take time to get to me, it wasn't a super long, annoying wait. the people arranged for transportation for me, were on

Does not take mental health care seriously. Front staff gives out wrong information to clients and the schedulers have no idea what they are doing. It was very disappointing to have an appointment specifically for medication management and then to be told upon arrival that the provider I was scheduled with does not prescribe the medication for my diagnosis (even though I had indicated what my diagnosis was when scheduling). Very upsetting and not acceptable for a place that claims to care about behavioral health. Save yourselves time and money and just go somewhere else.

This is an amazing place to be taken care of. Very kind and loving staff, who actually give you time to talk about whatever you need to. I absolutely adore Dr. Johnson. She has been my only doctor for the last 15 years. I highly recommend this place for MAT services too. Great clinic all the way around. There are a lot of new staff, and I'm not too sure about them, but if you get Jen for a nurse, you will be blessed. She's the most loving individual I've ever met.

I cannot say enough great things about YCHC, this is definitely our home away from home! We have been going here ever since they have opened for all our dental, medical, and school physicals needs!! I love how they know us by name and treat us like family instead of just another patient. The YCHC program in Rolla, MO is an amazing program that has seriously been life changing for me. The staff as a whole are incredible people and they absolutely care. Particularly, Jennifer Matchell, has expressed her feelings with me of her desire to reach out to as many people as she/they can in the community and wanting to help make a positive impact in peoples lives that are wanting/needing a change in their life for the good. This clinic is such a blessing! It has completely transformed my life for the better. I have an entire team of doctors, nurses, counselors, etc whenever I need them. Jen has been there for me countless of times and cares so deeply for all her people. She's the best of the best. I wish every person struggling knew this program was there to help them.

The staff is great. I look forward to my visits every 3 weeks. Some of them have like family to me. They're great at what they do, and always ALWAYS go the extra mile to give you more information or additional services you need they don't exactly offer. Canceled my appointment because I didn't confirm because they didn't have my correct phone number. I drove 39 miles for nothing pregnant. Also, says they accept all forms of insurance. No they don't. They refused to schedule me because I held a "major form of insurance". Once I had Medicaid they accepted me. Rude and unfriendly to people of ALL backgrounds.
