Totally pleased with Pete and Superior Pressure Washing. They responded promptly to my inquiry, delivered a prompt, competitive price quote, and did a great job. One board of my new decking lumber bled sap months after their work (common with not-quite-dry lumber) and Pete cheerfully recommended a do-it-myself solution to fade the whitish streak, all the while offering to come back and do it for me. So far so good on the less than 5-minute do-it-my-selfing. 5 unqualified stars for SPW.

Superior Pressure Washing knocked it out of the park! I surveyed 3 pressure washing companies and the details of their work. I have a 18x7 front porch w/railing. A large amount of stone work exists at the front of my home including a 20ft walkway, 50ft long full concrete driveway with a stone wall on one side, 50 ft of sidewalk to the back of my home. The walkway leds to a stone patio 30x15 surrounded by a stone wall and a elevated 8x10 porch w/steps and railings. The Superior price was the best, the conversation with the owner Pete was thorough. They did a wonderful job!! Pete was friendly and responsive throughout the process. He responded to me right away and got me a reasonable estimate and appointment date quickly. Pete and his crew came this morning and pressure washed my town home and cleaned my gutters. They really took their time and cleaned it thoroughly. I will definitely contact him again!!

Within a few days, Pete had come out and emailed me an estimate of work to be done. Responses to my emails were fast and helpful. I was able to get the work done exactly the day I wanted it, just a few days after the quote was sent.
It was rainy today and I was supposed to have some roof work done and then at noon Superior was to come to wash the house. Well, as I've come to expect from many companies and contractors, today came and went

Pete and crew were friendly, responsive, and thorough. I hired them to clean, repair, and stain my old, large deck, and they did a fantastic job. Pete kept me in the loop from start to finish, easily accommodated the increasing list of repairs needs we discovered, and completed the job with exacting detail. He didn't try to sell me on upgrades or services I didn't need, and thoughtfully answered all my questions. I will definitely hire Superior again.
