Sent in an online quote for 4 outdoor heaters. Got email confirmation mid Nov. Woman from company called me and said they only had 3 but that she would "call the warehouse" and call me back. We spoke for about 10 minutes about how much of an area the heaters would cover etc. A few weeks later I realize she never called me back. Called today 12/13/21 and the woman that answer the phone was curt and RUDE! Looked up my order with my name after me asking if she needed the order number and did not even reply to that question then proceeded to tell me that there were NO heaters available for that day

I was excited to rent tables and chairs at a decent price. Beware though. Make sure you COUNT EVERY ITEM that they deliver and DO NOT SIGN the paperwork unless every item is on that list. I did not count the items they delivered because it was raining and only one guy was unloading the truck. I was on my honeymoon when they came to pick up, so I wasn't there for pick up. I thought that I could trust them. Instead, they called me and claimed "items were missing" when they came to pick up everything. I told them everything that they delivered was placed in one area. They said items were missing and

Unbelievably great value and service from start to finish. I began working with Nadia last Fall for items needed for my wedding, and unfortunately becoming diagnosed with cancer threw a huge hiccup in all of our plans. She continued to stay in touch, making sure that the details and cost remained the same, despite the date changing. The delivery of the tent, tables, chairs, linens etc... was great, as well as the pick-up. The quality and appearance of all of the furniture and accessories was also wonderful.
