If I could give them zero stars I would. Stood us up on our wedding! Called to let us know 45minutes before they were supposed to be there that they would not be coming. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Left our wedding party of 24 people with no transportation, made us late to everything for our wedding. We asked to speak to the owner and couldn’t even call to apologize or offer to do anything for us. Would never book them again!

Booked a 30 person party bus for me and my friend’s birthday and it was a blast! We initially booked a 34 person bus but some people could not make it. I called Emperor the day before to see if they could change it to 30 people and they were SO accommodating and helped me out. The bus was able to drop us off at any bar and also dropped us off back to my apartment. The service was great and the drivers were awesome and fun! I highly recommend booking with Emperor Limousine and Party Bus!

Rented a 30 psngr bus this past weekend for 4 hours. Great driver, unfortunately don’t remember his name (started with an S) but he was the absolute best! However, whoever I spoke with over the phone she was great as well but there was a bit of misinformation. We were promised a cruise downtown and we had requested no special stops so everything could run smooth. When driver arrived he told us since we had not paid for a body guard we cannot go downtown (we also had alcohol on the bus which was another fee$$) but we had not been informed over the phone a guard would be needed to enter the city

This was our first experience using a party bus rental and we had an awesome time! Dan was a great Chauffeur, he really helped the evening run smoothly! The Bus was clean and had plenty of space for our guests to sit or dance! My only wish was that there was more cooler space for our beverages, luckily the service allowed us to bring our own coolers in addition to theirs so that made up for it! Booked for a roundtrip to go to boystown and was very happy with the service. I asked for Diamond the 30 pass bus and was so happy when it picked us up. They arrived 15 mins early. The driver was nice, had ice available up arrival and put it in the cooler. We needed an earlier pick up and they were quick to pick us up. Our second driver was just nice as the first. My wife used this company for our wedding this June. The day of our wedding the driver was wearing just a black T-shirt. Now I don’t know the dress code policy for limo drivers but a T-Shirt for a wedding is not appropriate, especially since the limo company that my groomsmen and I used the driver was in a full suit and tie. It was raining the day… of our wedding and the driver used the “Just Married” sign as an umbrella to make sure HE did not get wet while my wife in her wedding dress doesn’t even have an umbrella. This company is terrible! On our wedding day we book a round trip service, after the driver was already late he showed up to the wrong location, the wedding venue, without our guests. After my soon to be husband and I spoke to him, he said he wasn't told to go to the hotel first, he sped off. Our ceremony was supposed to start in 25 minutes. Beware if you are booking for a wedding. What they promote on their website is not what they provided. Their website advertises, "On-Time Guarantee for all of our wedding packages! If we are late more than fifteen minutes for whatever reason, your wedding package will be completely FREE!". This is not true and the manager even confirmed this is is… not supposed to even be on their website 🤔 They also advertise, "We provide you with Champagne flutes & glasses", which is not true. Cannot say enough good things about this transportation service! We have used them once before and we will definitely use them in the future. From the initial book the team was on top of everything ever step of the way from the timelines to all the questions I had along the way.
