Tyler was great at communicating, quick to answer emails and any questions I had and helped keep me on track to close on time (even in a crazy market). NEVER USE NXT Mortgage. I was using them as my lender for a home purchase this past summer, and the day before closing, I received an email from the “title company” with closing/wiring instructions. I forwarded it to my lender at NXT and he approved the wire, so I sent the money for closing. Turns out the email was a fraud email, and the wire was unable to be cancelled. We ended up losing the house and $60,000 because NXT, THE COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FINANCIAL ASPECT OF THIS DEAL, approved the wiring instructions to a fraudulent account. The firm has refused to accept any responsibility
