Absolutely terrible! I took my three year old son to them because I thought he had an eye infection in October. It turns out it was just allergies so they prescribed him allergy medicine along with antibacterial eye drops in case it were to get infected. He has had a flare up and the eye is now infected. When I was about to put his eye drops in I realized it is ear drops!!!!!!!!! I almost put medicine in my sons eye that is ONLY for ear!!! When I called them they informed me they will NOT correct this mistake even though they prescribed a toddler the wrong medication! We are not asking for a narcotic

My husband and I had been suffering with a cold for a week and a half when we were having trouble breathing with congestion in our chest. We arrived early and eveyone was pleasant, welcoming and professional. We were seen promptly and were glad we went in. Recieved excellent service and were home with medications within no time. Thank you so much for being there for us when we needed you.

Slow paced, expect to wait. But everyone is nice and they take care of you well. Just wish it was more efficient. Would recommend.

Came in with a three year old patient with dislocated elbow screaming in pain. This doc in a box, joke of a place refused service unless the three year old was wearing a mask. They didn’t have any to provide either and suggested going to a nearby gas station to buy the toddler a mask. Suffice it to say keeping a mask on a toddler twisting and wreathing in pain wasn’t practical. Walked out and went to ER.

In the area on vacation when my 12 year old son developed a very painful and itchy rash with swelling of his hands and feet. Called them first and was told to come on in. The woman at the front desk immediately remembered my call. She was kind and helpful in getting my son ready to be seen by the provider. Our provider was patient and attentive. She took great care of my son. So very happy with the care that my son received here!

They are only worried about assembly lining people up to get rapid testing, they don't care about what you're actually in there for. I walked in to be seen by a provider because I had symptoms of covid (loss of taste specifically) and they only rapid tested me, I never saw a provider, then they said they could schedule me an appointment. What's the point? The whole visit was a waste of time. I suppose it's my fault for not going to my PCP to see an actual doctor.

My son went in with chest pains and COVID symptoms while on vacation. He waited an hour and a half to see a doctor for 2 minutes who didn't bother to do an EKG because they didn't have the equipment from what I understand, and didn't do a COVID test. They told him to go to the ER if he didn't feel better in 12 hours. I spoke to him and told him to go immediately to the ER, where they did an EKG upon his arrival, and gave him a COVID test, which turned out to be positive. He is now in the hospital getting an infusion. If this place doesn't have the equipment, staff, or good advice for patients,
