Bill Ecker is the best agent I’ve ever had the opportunity to have . He keeps me aware of all the best coverage I need. He is always there to talk with me whenever I have a question. I have had State Farm for years home, auto and life. When I've had to turn in a claim I've never had a problem. It's taken care of fast! Mary Travelstead that works for Bill, always helps me pick a body shop for my vehicle and takes that time to explain all my questions. I trust State Farm with all my Insurance needs. Mary also walked me through different options when I got life insurance. She's very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Bill Ecker's State Farm Insurance and his very helpful staff.

When I turned 18 earlier this year, I got my first car and Bill's office helped me quote the different cars I was shopping for. Sara helped me apply for a State Farm Bank car loan and wrote my policy. Then, she got me signed up for the Drive Safe and Save app and now I'm earning a discount for my driving. Mary wrote me a renters policy for my dorm room and helped me apply for a State Farm Bank credit card and checking account. I feel well protected as I go off to college and the State Farm app makes it easy to take care of my insurance and banking all in one spot. Thank you to everyone at Bill

I'm a long time customer with multiple policies. I've known Mary for over 10 years now and she is just a pleasure to work with. The entire staff is great, very responsive and always helpful with anything you need. I'm just overall pleased with State Farm in general and the different products offered. I highly recommend this office!!

Bill Ecker and his staff are amazing! We have been a part of the State Farm Family for years and have no plans of switching anytime soon! From the birth of our son, to our recent home purchase, to an auto accident that totaled out our vehicle the week before Christmas, Bill, Sara and the whole State Farm team have been right by our side through the best of times and the worst of times making sure we are always taken care of. Mary was wonderful to work with. Any questions that I had getting set up, she answered. She helped us to save money monthly. The transition from insurance companies can be very difficult. In the past when comparing insurance companies I stayed with my previous company to avoid the hassle of switching. Mary made this transition very easy, literally no work from me at all.
