They said they took my car off the ins policy and they did not so its been taken out of my checking account for 5 months.. So I call Laurie who I have been dealing with for 11 years and ahe said she was gonna call me back and never did and I call time and time again an I could not get threw to her again

Have been a loyal customer for years never missed a payment no claims and tried for 6 months to have a vehicle dropped from the policy due to a divorce and still had to actually stop payment and switch to another insurance. Repeated calls were never returned . Found put later several others who dropped this insurance due to similar issues. Terrible customer service
