Our whole family loves All Smiles Dentistry and Dr. Stevenson! Beautiful new office and very friendly and professional staff. I had a new hygienist today named Shelby. She answered all my questions, was friendly, knowledgeable, kind and caring. I couldn't have asked for anyone better! She was THE best!

Good with adults. Awesome with kids. Dr stevenson is a magician when it comes to giving kids Novocain shots. My child 8 yo. Didn’t even catch the slight of hand when she needed two shots for a filling. And she is scared to death of needles. (Prob more so close to her face) I was very impressed.
All new tech. TVs to distract and show instant time pics of your mouth. Good data tracking.

I went to All Smiles while I was in school at UNI. I was always met with a smile and the staff made significant efforts to make me feel welcome at the office. I also was given exceptional care and the staff ensured I was taken care of, especially after I had my wisdom teeth removed. I could not say enough great things about All Smiles.

I did not feel that I was any kind of priority. Seemed irritated and dismissive of me and my situation. I had a tooth extracted due to financial issues that precluded the procedure needed to retain the tooth. The extraction was difficult and he was irritated that it took so long. I actually apologized to him twice for the difficulty. Afterword, It turned out I had a oral-nasal perforation which I had to bring to his attention. Antibiotics were prescribed with no follow up visit. After 2 months I was still in pain. I saw a different dentist who informed me that there was extensive bone loss

I’m so grateful for Dr. Stevenson and her sensational staff. 💕 Eleven years ago my 5 yo daughter was full of anxiety before she walked through the door. Thanks to these amazing ladies, the pink shades 😎, her favorite cartoon on the overhead TV, the pink princess gloves, and the magical “jelly fish”, she did not shed a tear during the entire procedure. Fast forward to today, and the new building that Dr. Stevenson designed is beyond beautiful. However, she could run her business out of a trailer and we would show up, simply because they treat us like family.

LOVE Dr. Stevenson and her staff, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've gone to other dentists who have done bad work or given me false diagnoses, Dr. Stevenson was honest and up front about what needed to be done and what wasn't necessary. They've been so helpful, friendly, accommodating, and professional. They work All Smiles has done for me so far has been amazing, I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Stevenson's office has been great. I never wait for than a few minutes to get in. The staff is friendly and they are quick to address my dental needs.

This is the worst dentistry place I have ever been to. From the moment we went in, they said to us that we needed a all kinds of procedures done. It was like a sales room. We felt so taken advantage of. Also, the receptionist / office manager is not nice at all. She probably needs to change jobs! I think that if Dr. Stevensen wants to establish a successful practice in this area, she needs to change her strategy for making money. Instead of taking advantage of her patients, she needs to focus on better customer service and being truthful to them.
