We opened our doors for business in 2002 with only the Springfield labor market in our sights, and now, First Diversity has offices in Ohio and North Carolina with over 30 Marketing Managers stretching across the United States.

It's like being in first place. We began from someone that made a second chance for himself because the world wouldn't give him one. We support everyone's style of communication. That's why we have the classic, in-office team to guide you through your job-journey, a text and call function (perfect for pandemics ) and social media, for fast messaging and fun content!
We wanted to shorten the process between need and work for everyone, especially those that have spent time in jail and have records that serve as obstacles as they try to re-enter the community. For this project, we were extremely persistent about getting the information right. We went and interviewed the audience that would be receiving our information to discover what it is they really need and desired to learn.

This is the most dreadful hiring service I ever worked with. First, when I called to ask about a job position their was a woman that purposely kept miss pronouncing my name laughing with her co-worker on the phone. When the lady finally chose to getting my name right she transferred me to the recruiter and it went straight to voicemail. I left two voice mails and she didn't call me back for either one.
The next day a second recruiter repeatedly kept calling me throughout the day about another position I applied for, he grew frustrated with each call telling me that I need to come to Springfield
